How do I contact the seller about an item or order?

On eTackle, you are buying directly from an individual seller and not eTackle direct.

Question about an item

Please contact the seller directly if you have a question about an item on the site.

You can do this by clicking on the shop name in the product listing page.

Alternatively you can find the contact form direct from the sellers shop page found within the ‘our sellers’ link in the footer of any page of this site or from the side bar in the categories page. (desktop screen) 

Question about an order

If you have placed an order and have a question, e.g.

  • Where is my order
  • When will my order be posted?
  • My order hasn’t arrived
  • My order has arrived damaged or broken
  • I’ve received the wrong item

Please email the seller directly first of all, as they are best placed to rectify any issues. You should have received a confirmation email containing the seller’s shop name when you placed your order on eTackle.

If the seller does not respond to your email(s), please contact eTackle via email support@etackle.co.uk or via our contact form. and we’ll do our best to help.Please also contact the seller directly if you would like to:

  • Ask about a particular product or it’s availability
  • Enquire about your order
  • Send a message relating to your order such as a preference for size or colour
  • Ask about a custom item
  • Organise a cancellation, return, refund or replacement
